簡歷
Chih-Jen Yu received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering in 1998 from National Changhua University of Education. He received the M.S. degree in biophotonics from National Yang Ming University in 2004 and the Ph.D. degrees in optical science and engineering from National Central University in 2009. From 2009 to 2010 he was a post doctor at Graduate Institute of Electro-Optical Engineering, Chang Gung University. In 2010, he joined the Graduate Institute of Electro-Optical Engineering, Chang Gung University, as an assistant professor. His research interests lie in ellipsometry and heterodyne interferometry.
