Chen,Nai-Chuan received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electro-physics from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, Republic of China, in 1994 and 1998, respectively.
He has been the faculty of Chang Gung University for eight years.He is currently professor in the department of Electro-Optics.
